CalvaryLIVE Worship exists to lift the amazement level of God through corporate worship. Our goal is to craft worship songs and experiences that are both beautiful and biblical. We strive to worship in spirit and truth, creating an atmosphere that embraces both the MAJESTY and the MYSTERY of our God.
Calvary Church has four-fold commitment to genuine worship: We are a church ROOTED in the divine word of God—we embrace Scripture as our starting point and allow it to inform all we do. We are also a church that is RELIANT on the Holy Spirit—knowing that it is Him that gives life and that the flesh is no help at all. We also believe that to reach people effectively we must be culturally RELEVANT in our approach without compromising good theology—believing that the gospel is the most relevant thing that exists to every human being. Lastly, we are also committed to growing as worshippers who are REAL—in that the gospel frees us to be honest about our brokenness and to make much of the grace of Jesus Christ. We don’t need to pretend and posture before God or each other.
